I, Justin Schiessler, first became inolved in helping to find a cure for ALS
when I was just around the age of four years old. When my parent's friend
who was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Disease started to get worse from
Through my parent's haunted house, I sold candy for 10 cents at my Kool-Aid
stand. I told anyone who would listen what I learned about ALS. Eleven
years ago, my family and I came up with a unique fundraiser. A corn maze
was created in honor of our friend.
We call it Mickey the Lion's Corn Maze.
I believe one person can make a difference and I won't stop until a cure is found.
